Wadolowski and Poole garnered first team honors, while Wisniewski and Schramm were selected to the second team. All four athletes earned all-conference honors for the first time as they played integral roles in Radford’s third East Division regular season championship.

Wisniewski, a two-time East Division Player of the Week, ranks second in the conference in goals against average (2.17), third in save percentage (.730) and fourth in saves per game (6.00). In conference only matches, she paced the league in GAA (1.30) and save percentage (.810).

The Centreville, Va. native recorded a nine-save shutout against Davidson and also made a career-high 12 saves against Longwood, No. 2 North Carolina, No. 9 Boston College and Rider. She is the first Highlander to earn this NorPac defensive honor and the third overall to garner player of the year accolades.

Poole, who hails from Gloucester, Va., leads the Highlanders and is fourth in the league with nine goals.

Her team-best 19 points rank her sixth in the NorPac. An East Offensive Player of the Week selection, Poole has got the ball rolling for the Highlanders in six matches, scoring the team’s first goal. She also recorded two multi-goal matches and four game winning goals.

Wadolowski has lent a helping hand to the Highlanders’ offense season. She has dished out a team-best eight assists, all coming in the run of play. A Norwalk, Conn. native, Wadolowski ranks tied for third in the NorPac in assists and has also produced a pair of goals for 12 points. She has set up four-game-winning goals and as well as scoring one herself.

Schramm is a tough midfielder who contributes on both ends of the field. An East Division Offensive Player of the Week selection, Schramm notched her first collegiate two-goal game and also dished out an assist in a victory over Appalachian State. For the season, the Mantua, N.J. native has tallied four goals and two assists for 10 points with three of her goals coming in league play.

Radford, who is the top seed in the East, begins its quest for a NorPac Championship, taking on UC Davis, the West’s fourth seed, on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7:00 p.m. EST.
