Bob Hayes is the Operations Manager for the Dedmon Center Complex. He is responsible for all aspects of managing the center and the surrounding athletic and intramural facilities. Hayes monitors and keeps track of all events at the facilites on a day-to-day basis. He also provides game-day facility support for intercollegiate athletic events and has also served as ticket manager for Highlander athletics.

Hayes came to RU in 1994 after spending the previous 13 years as the Facilities & Grounds Supervisor for the City of Radford's Parks and Recreation Department. During 12 of those years, he also was an assistant football coach at Radford High School.

A native of Radford, Hayes received a Bachelor's Degree from Emory & Henry in 1981. He currently resides in Montgomery County, Va.
