      -    Made his first appearance back from “Tommy John” surgery in an inning-and-two-thirds of relief at UAB on Feb. 21
-   First collegiate start came on March 9, 4 1/3 innings allowing three runs on six hits with six strikeouts March 9 against Bryant
-   Had his first Big South start 13 days later at Presbyterian, allowing five runs on eight hits while striking out a career-high seven in 6 2/3 innings in a loss March 22
-   No-decision in a win over Winthrop March 29; went a then-career-long seven innings, allowing just one earned run
-   Continued a 12-inning scoreless streak with eight shutout innings in a win at UNC Asheville April 5

2008 Highlights
-   Missed the final two months of the season with an arm injury
-   Tossed three innings of relief to earn his first career save in his collegiate debut against Georgetown on Feb. 23
-   Earned his first career win in Game 1 of a doubleheader against Seton Hall (2 1/3 IP, 1 K)
